They lie to me on the phone all the time. Its ridiculous.
And they wonder why we flee Chase for other companies.
Maybe, they can start by telling broker services monkeys to start respecting the F.A.'s...I think its we who bring in the revenue right?
How about this "no more paper applications credo". What? I can't sell a guy in a restaurant or at his house anymore? What kind of crap is this? I am really beginning to wonder about the people who run Chase Investment Services. Are they on drugs? Or is it deliberate? |
