Bad sign if you're asking about hours. You've sign up for IB. You've also signed away a far amount of your life. Even hinting that you're hoping for weekends off can get you a bad label as someone who just 'doesn't get IB'. |

I know I am signing away "a far amount of my life."
I don't think anyone who could get an offer at a BB would not know about the hours.
I'm not stupid, and that is why I was surprised when someone inside the firm told me that interns don't always work weekends. Don't judge if you don't know.
