IB analysts will average close to 100% salary for their bonus is top tier rated. For PB, it's more like 50%. For other programs, it's like 10%.
But, the hours for IB are about 90-100/wk, PB is 70-90, and others are around 50 (any many of these now pay overtime) |

MS, you seem to have knowledge of multiple areas. what division are you in?
What level?
I did not think Private Bankers in general worked such intense hours. Maybe it's just that way in NYC. In outer regions, I think its more like 45-60 hrs.
