so where is the difference in salary between ibanking and asset management/private bank? does it come with the year end bonus, or the second year, etc? |

IB analysts will average close to 100% salary for their bonus is top tier rated. For PB, it's more like 50%. For other programs, it's like 10%.
But, the hours for IB are about 90-100/wk, PB is 70-90, and others are around 50 (any many of these now pay overtime)
