This is not true for JPMC. I have about 3 years of experience and I have been offered to join the grad program when I complete my masters' later this year.
I had applied to GS as well, and was rejected - they told me I was overqualified for the program.
I applied to a lot of banks and met with the same fate. JPMC is the only bank which seems to appreciate experience.
