It is demoralizing to not be able to sell everything and make money on everything that you sell.
Until the firm realizes that, more defections and demoralized salespeople has to occur.
They haven't thought the strategy through and so, even though, they have started to try and be nice after Jamie reprimanded the management team - compensation hasn't caught up with the new "nice" policy.
The Company has been caught up in the glass is half-empty mentality for years. Everyone in retailing is praying for a new, glass is half-full philosophy where people can feel their are no shackles on them. Bankers and Financial Advisor's are in unison on this.
