Reply (of sorts) to your third question first as I think it provides a context for answers to the others.
If I repeat things you already know, apologies but I can't divine this from your post.
I'm assuming you're a noob just getting into the industry.
So RG's tips on noob interviews:
First, prepare for the critical elements in the interview and then move on to the "nice to haves".
The first round interview is basically about "fit". Do you fit into our culture? Would we want to have you represent us in front of a third party - most importantly a client, but also one of our competitors?
Singapore "rules". Sit up straight, look the interviewer in the eye, no gum chewing, watch your language (eliminate any "hey dudes" and "awesomes" along with other inappropriate words from your conversation).
Demonstrate you know why you are at the interview.
That means why you are interviewing for this industry. (Not: "just looking for any old job 'cause the 4 year party has just ended").
Very important: Why with JPMC or GS?
You will also be expected to demonstrate possession of highly desired personal qualities.
I think there's a good exposition of these on the JPMC website.
(a) General Portal for BAs

(b) IB Corp Fin - read qualifications at the bottom of the page)

(c) IB Trading - again qualifications etc at bottom of page

These qualities are what the major firms are looking for.
Most major firms have fairly well developed career sections at their websites. Take a look. MS has a test on its website which shows where (they think) you fit into their organization.
Plus exude CONFIDENCE. But not arrogance.

Typo or Freudian slip?
The "where do you fit in test" is on GS website.
