Have an offer within the "GTI" group at a VP Level (I think they said 604. Does anyone know the typical package in UK, seem to be very unclear on what Bonus can be expected...?

604 is a high job grade, so that is in your favor for bonus size. However, GTI (global technology infrastructure) spends money... it doesn't make any. And, seeing as bonuses follow the buck, that really hurts your overall potential. GTI is not a big world for bonus, so I wouldn't expect more that 15-20% of total comp for a good review.
