looking at vp. on the derivative and mbs side, what's the difference between md,vp and svp ? do all groups have them ? |

VP's are a dime a dozen at the bank. You work long enough, you'll make VP. MD is the level that takes career drive to achieve. They run groups with a view on longer term strategy rather than day to day revenue generation. MD and SVP are essentially the same. SVP is the heritage BankOne title.
