After all the turmoil of yesteryear you'd think that they would realize how demoralizing it is for licensed professional's to be denied a referral pvc for insurance stuff.
There is a cluelessness among the senior executives about how salespeople think and want to be treated.
That's why the Bank/One fear mongering style won't ultimately work in overbanked New York. What plays in Toledo doesn't play in the 5 boros.

They're also not paying any PVCs on any product that requires a Series 7 license. For instance you do not get any credit for stock purchases or stock transfers into a JPM Chase brokerage account.
