Hello,
I am currently evaluating a job offer from TSS and would appreciate information/comments on the following -
1. What is the different between AVP and VP in terms of experience/education and compensation?
2. Why does the title AVP/VP impact? I understand that the base for VP is higher but I am not sure if the bonus is higher as well (in percentage terms)? What about stock? Anything else? How easy/hard is to get promoted from AVP to VP?
