I am starting with IBT as a fund accountant(entry-level) in about 2 weeks. I have talked with an acquaintance
of mine who had a bad experience and left after about 4 months; his feedback was a bit worrisome.
I am looking for some insight into the company culture, work environment, advancement opportunities, pay raises, bonuses, or just any kind of general information from someone with experience with the firm in hopes to subdue my anxious feelings that I am getting into something I may regret later. Any feedback would be a great help. Thanks.
