that's not my name I added it by using the phrase ALONG with minorities. The fact is I dislike it when people use "historical"studies about the impact of women(or minorities, seeing as how women in the corporate environment are minorities as well) Because the data used includes periods where there were NO Women in the first place, so its only natural that the results of the studies would not show a serious impact from their involvement. i hope that clears it up. Not trying to start race war or the like. However if that doesn't clear it up and it still offends you....Hey i am sorry you feel that way
