i was wrong on my guess. i guess a lot of not that serious people turn up for the exam. because aside from the quantity - if you dont have a fin background.
they need a war chest just in case, and given what you get, a couple of hundred dollars is peanuts to each person.
at the end of the day you arent seeing any high rollers livingof your hard fought bucks so whats the problem as long as their reserves are reasonable?
