Can anyone please share their insights (thru personal exp. or anecdotal) on the firm's reputation as an employer, its colleagues, & culture.

I just interviewed with fisher and the culture is very dry. Also, if you like working in San Mateo, CA go ahead but you will end up shooting yourself in misery before you make it out of the training program.
It just like any other Inv. Mgnt firm: You're only as good as your last months numbers.
