what does it take to work for a hedge fund specializing in arbitrage, event driven, or distressed situations. can an investment banker enter these positions or do they give them to ex traders, equity/fixed income analysts, or ex mutual fund managers. Ibankers must have some positive attribute to all those all nighters they spend
