No, you're thinking of the parent company, Barclays Bank. Barclays Global Investors is second/third only behind Fidelity and possibly JPMorgan Chase
(depending on the daily close). They have about $800B in AUM. Everyone that I've met there is pretty easy going, very SF. Good luck, you won't regret it.
