But I do have one disagreement with you - they don't have an unusual work culture. An unusual work culture is 3M or Cap Group or something. What Fisher does is what happens when you have:
1. a very sales-oriented business AND
2. a personality cult based on someone whose track record is relatively weak
I personally don't think either one of those things adds a huge amount of value to the investment process.
