Hi,
I currently work for a small mutual fund company in downtown Boston in Fund Treasury/Fund Admin and have proven myself over and over again. the problem is I am finding myself increasingly bored these days and I need to make switch. Where can I go from here? My background includes a couple years of a senior fund accountant and then as a Fund Admin job. If I could break into the trading side or equity research that would be fantastic but I keep on being told I am a little young, 24 years old, and I am needed in my current job. How do I cross into the next level?
