Thanks, folks, for the insight. As I said in a previous message, I am looking for a major career change. Obviously will research many options over several months before making any moves. All this information has been very helpful, and I would appreciate any more insight anyone has to offer.

Career Mover check my second posting in the middle of the thread. It is in response to an oversight I made and gives an idea. Also, check Invesco. I think their headquarters is in Louisville, or atleast they have a major office there. I don't know if they are hiring but the location should be in the proximity that you are looking.
