Hi All,
I heard about the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation and have learned the information from their website. I know it is based on investment management consultant area.
However, does anyone know the designation's reputation in the investment management industry?

My two cents is this.
If you have to struggle to find people who have heard of the designation, is it the one that you really want?
In the long run, if you're willing to put the work in to earn a designation, go for the CFA. It is the most respected one worldwide among all IM professionals, including consultants.
