I'm considering an IM job with a large hedge fund in Texas and wanted to get a sense as to what the going salary for such a position is.
In terms of my background, I went to an Ivy-league school (undergrad) and have since spent the past two years at a top strategy consulting firm. Does anybody have any decent benchmarks, including people in similar positions in higher-paying cities like NYC.
