I am in a college communications class that is doing a workshop on the three biggest problems graduates face when entering into the working environment. We are calling the workshop 'Reality Bites' and hope to serve our audience in giving them relevant and useful information related to the transition from college life (and its inherent expectations) to the real world. Any real life examples and possible solutions would be greatly appreciated. Some of the topics already brought to light include; problems being integrated into work team environments, disillusionment, finding your place in the organization for which you work, dealing with less than desirable management, and inadequate training.
