I'm a CFA 10+ years in the business. smaller firm but 1000+ institutional research clients. I write one of the major research publications for the firm and I manage $35M for one of their clients and another $135M. Problem is I only make $86K/year + $20K bonus. Am I being screwed? Should I be making $250K or should I just shut up and be happy with what I've got?

yes, that salary (and especially bonus) are quite low.
