anybody have any insights into the money management arms of the ibanks--i.e. JPM Invest. Mgmt, Merrill Inv. Mgmt, Morgan Stanley etc. They all manage a lot of money in their buyside divisions. What is it like for advancement, for pay? etc. etc.
