I have 2 years of ib experience and a top college education and looking for positions in buy-side in San Diego. I've spoken with the hedge funds in the area but no one seems to be hiring as most of them are way below their high water mark at the current time which means they are surviving on management fees instead of the fat performance fees. I'd love to get people's ideas and advice. Thanks.
