Hi David,
Just wondering how long you have been actively looking for an equity research position in San Diego. I too am in SD and will be starting my job search in equity research after taking CFA Level I in June. I would like to stay in SD and am looking for networking opportunities. Any suggestions on where "like minds" gather?

i just moved to sd from sf and it's slim pickings here! i've talked to many of the hedgefunds in the area as well as the mutual funds and boy is it hard to find a position. i'd love to meet up and talk about where we've tried, to whom we've talked, and maybe try to help each other. you can contact me at sjlguy@yahoo.com
