In Reply To: I am wondering 1) If you are working, say, as an IB analyst and getting your ass kicked, when do you find the time to study for the CFA? 2) Does CFA help you get into Business school? 3) Do you need to be really good at math (higher-level calculus) to do well on the CFA...I am way out of practice... 4) How much studying for an "average" person is needed for the CFA...ballpark. Like 15 hours a week...more/less I am just curious what real people say. I have been to the AIMR website and I don't want to take the plunge until I have spoken with some real folks about this. Thx much
Message: Probably spent 15-18 hours a week from March 1 to June 1 last year studying for Level 1 (and passed)... it was a major commitment of time.
