Hey everyone,
I seem to be running into a wall. After graduation, I took a job with an retail brokerage firm as a sales rep. My degree is Economics and I did pretty well... but I saw the $$$ in being a financial advisor... I've come to the realization that I don't like sales and want to transition into an analyst role... Here's the problem, all of the entry level analyst roles I find are for fresh out of college grads... I'm two years out. Has anyone successfully made this transition? and how?
