Message: I'm planning on preparing a few pitches for stocks as I understand this is typical for a equity analyst type position, but I have a few questions. I am being interviewed by two analysts who cover specific sectors. Should I prepare pitches for a stock in one of the sectors they cover or should I stick to industries and companies that I am more familiar with? I have no idea what sectors they would expect me to cover if I am hired (that would be one of my questions) Secondly, I was planning on reviewing the analysts' recent work, and asking them questions on their research reports as well as "what is it like to work there" type questions. Good idea? Steve
