I've got 7 years of Sales Assistance experience (5 with Private Client/Brokerage and 2 with Institutional/Money Manager). I'm graduating with my MBA in 6 weeks in LA, and I'm 24.
Would you recommend an FA program? I have received a lot of training and know how to be a Sales Assistant. However, the risk of taking the jump into being an FA is intense.
I'm thinking about seeking out an FA who is looking for a Jr. Broker. Any thoughts?
If an FA program is advisable, what is the best program people have found?
