Great industry name, fun culture. Good for young kids out of college. Pay for seasoned professionals is poor, so is upward mobility. Very few women and minorities in senior roles. |

I interviewed there a couple times -- their culture is "work hard, play hard". It is a small-ish firm so my impression was that there was a lot of upward mobility and pay was based on performance, not tenure.
