2 yrs in the role is still reasonably junior in that your track record is only 2 years in terms of the relationships. realisticaly it takes about 2 year of calling on consultants for them to take you seriously...so you right at that point now.
my wild guess is that 100-150k base + 50% bonus is reasonable.

Thank you Dollar. That was actually my guess as well. I have worked very hard to build a solid network of research analysts and field consultants for the past 2 years.
Only now am I hitting my stride. 2 years from now, I will have even deeper relationships and acquire better contacts. Now my challenge is to find an executive recruiter. If anyone knows of a good recruiter, let me know.
