Hi all,
I am looking for a summer intern (hopefully research, but programming OK) position for Quant related jobs. I am going to pursue a PhD in mathematical finance and statistical finance and data-mining. I am from a top ranked US school. I have been taking classes in mathematical finance, advanced financial engineering, corporate finance, stochastic calculus and controls, statistical signal processing, Fourier methods and digital filtering, linear dynamic systems, stochastic processes, information theory, optimization, statistical inference, estimation and prediction, statistical learning and data-mining, multivariate statistial analysis, algorithm design and programming. I was originally from EECS background. I don't know why there are so few companies coming to the school. I am looking for help from a good headhunter... Please also help me by referring(I know internship does not generate commissions. But I desperately need your help. So please refer me. I will pay you commissions for your great deeds)! Thank you so much!
Best,
