I am in the final round with several IM firms(ML IM, JPMorgan Asset Management, Goldman Sachs AM, Capital International), graduate level.
I am more interested which firm rewards its employees in the long run. I am interested in Equity investment, traditional

It is very hard to get into asset management these days. Good luck.
MLIM, not very good. The firm has been in turmoil for a long time. The rumor is that the firm is for sale.
JP Morgan, Who knows. It used to be one of the best firms to work for, but with all of the mergers, JP Morgan, Chase, ONE, Flemmings, the firm may be shadow of its former self.
Goldman, I have not heard anything negative. The people I know of have been there for a while so it must be a reasonable place to work.
Capital International. I don't know anything.
