I have the opportunity to interview for the Account Associate position at PIMCO. Does anybody here work at PIMCO or can give me insight into what an Account Associate does? I want to do fixed income on the buyside. is this a good position or is it a deadend backoffice position? i'm currently at a boutique IB. i'd like to know if i would be wasting my time to interview with them. Thanks.
