I have several colleagues that completed that program. The school has converted it into a full MBA program, as opposed to a masters in finance, which I think was historically part of the appeal. The program has received a lot of (media) attention for producing some very well known money managers. All in all, many schools have similar programs where students are actively engaged in managing endowment funds, albeit with less involved participation. The major drawbacks are the quality of the school, largely Midwestern recruiting channel, and being stuck in Wisconsin for 3 years.
