Thanks for the advice, but I also don't have a good relationship with my supervisor in the company where I was laid off. Our personal styles were very different, and being a stupid kid out of college, I didn't exactly know how to deal with it. I would not be able to get a good reference from him. However, I have heard from former coworkers that he is no longer there. The reference I used to get my current job was a consulting firm I had interned at in the summer prior to graduating where I was made a full time offer, but declined to take the job that lasted less than 3 months. Advice?
