If you're at a huge hedge fund, I don't think there is even a slight possibility that you will get a 100% bonus as an ops guy. Lower variance in the bigger funds. |

what would be the overall comp for an ops guy at a top 10 fund. 50k + 15-25% bonus?? I have no idea what to expect. does anyone know where to research this?
