Message:	I'm thinking about taking a position as a research assistant at a Specialist Firm at an exchange doing prop equity research. What are the prospects and exit Options? Is it looked highly upon? I go to a target school, and was wondering how hard is it to secure a summer internship at a BB? Thanks, I would appreciate any thoughts.
