Small shop? The are one of the largest out there. "Seem up to speed and clued in"? haha. They were considered one of the best hedge funds before last year; I'm an insider and know this -- and no, I don't work for Vega.
My advice to you is don't give other people advice; you seem to be more ignorant than most.
