I ve been called up for a second-round internship interview with BGI in equity research.could someone tell me how the interviews tend to go? are they very quantitative?
also, whats the general take on BGI, in terms of pay, environment, prospects etc?

So how did the interview with BGI go? I heard they do some personality assessment as well as competency-based interviews. What kinds of questions were asked and how was the compensation?
