where they hang out, I have no idea. What they read, it reakky depends if you're in equity, fixed income or HF, if you are doing insitutional clients or provater mandates... Most people read the basic papers (FT, Wall Street Journal), use Bloomberg and/or Reuters, and read industry specific publications. As for associations, most are either member of AIMR, or the country's local Financial Analyst Association. |
