i would say personal choice...i have interviewed people in the past (though not as a hiring manager). you want to convey a few main things:
-education
-relevant experience
-something 'different' and unique
the first two are givens, the last will make you stand out. doesn't have to be crazy -- but don't put 'travel, wine, running'...put something distinctive like 'have pilot's license'...trust me it works! |
