Can anyone tell me what the main difference is between working as a junior developer for a hedge fund and an investment bank? Is the work more or less interesting? How do the working hours and compensation compare? Which is better to start off a career with?
Also, is there anything like the Vault Top 50 Investment Banks but for hedge funds?
