Hi Alex,
I am currently a first year IM analyst at a large investment bank. Hypothetically, let's say I work at MLIM (I don't). What kind of bonus should a person like me expect to see in my first and second year? I ask, because while our bonuses this year are understandably less than those in IB and S&T, it seems that we were paid less than everyone expected. I'm just trying to get a feel for what other firms might pay, to know whether or not moving to another shop would be worthwhile. |

I don't know much about what your bonuses would look like because I've never worked in that situation.
