It is generally safe to assume that the biggest funds have the biggest base salaries.
So go grab a list of The Top 100 and start sending out your resume. |

Why would you pay an analyst 120K? I have yet to see 100k+ for first years anywhere other than Citadel, which understandably needs to pay up to attract quality people to Chicago as well as compensate for the high turnover.
