do you know much about them, and if so:
1. i have heard that they have an in-depth recruiting process, please elaborate.
2. what is the culture like in L.A.?
3. are the traders only responsible for execution, and if so, would the skillset gained be the same as a market maker?
4. how is the pay relative to similar firms?
