the least amount of time to pass all three levels is three years. You may take only one level per year. In addition, there is a 36 month work requirement before you may even use your CFA designation.
Now, even though its a mute point, I dont know many people who could pass all three exams in one day, since each exam about 6 or 7 hours, cant remember exactly. Not to mention the large amount of studying required.
As far as your employer paying for it, I doubt anyone here knows how willing they'd be. You should just ask them. But, before you do, please educate yourself on the rules and requirement of this very challenging exam. |

Like he said above. You can only take one test per year, and you cannot move onto the next level until you have passed the current level. It would be impossible to pass all three tests at once anyway. Level 1 requires around 400 hours of studying alone. They are very difficult exams.
