i am kinda interested in IM. do they usually recruit some college grads? or mostly r mba or experienced?
what kind of summer intern will be helpful? PE? hedgefund? |

internships are key, get as many as you can, preferably anything quantitative in nature. i would try to get some experience on a trading floor if you are interested in that aspect of the business, there are opportunities as executable traders to undergrads in the IM industry
